Explanation

When I host a game, the other players and their vehicles keep "jittering" or sometimes glitch into the ground. They are also unable to pick up objects or tow other vehicles. What could be causing this? I have a relatively new PC with an RTX 5060 Ti, a Ryzen 7 7800X3D, and a Gigabit connection.
