Steps to Reproduce

1. get in any car and start driving
2. when your steering looks really off

Explanation

When im sat in the car and im driving the car in first person view the steering wheel when ur turning it is running at a really low frame rate since the hotfix came out the player models arms and steering wheel are running at a really low frame rate while the car and the outside world is running at a normal frame rate, it doesn’t effect driving the car but it’s really off putting I’m running a 13th gen i5 and a Rtx 4070 at 1440p
