Steps to Reproduce

1. Right after launch, while launch received a message from Windows which redirected to a page indicating that Smart App Control has blocked part of the app.
2. Defender was turned off but it didn't help.
3. DBH Build Number: latest update
4. Direct X version tried: 11 and 12, with 11 not helping.
5. OS Version: Windows 11
6. Graphics Card: RTX 5090
7. CPU: R9 5900X
8. RAM: 32gb

Explanation

After update cannot launch the game, receiving error with fatal crash
