Items Spontaneously Return to Bin After Being Removed

Steps to Reproduce

1. Place item in plastic bin
2. Pick up and move plastic bin
3. Put down plastic bin
4. Remove item from bin
5. Pick up bin and move
6. Put bin back down
7. Item returns and stick to side of bin

Explanation

Items removed from plastic container/bin return to bin after bin is put down and picked back up. I was able to replicate this with a spray paint can, an empty food can, and a vehicle part that had been installed into a vehicle. It doesn't happen every single time, but at least half the time when using the bin.
