Steps to Reproduce

1. I dunno.
2. I've gotten this message before, but it was with 10 and 100 buck stacks, so I just let it slide.

Explanation

I go to sell 2 gold bars, and it pops up with the Fraud message and just steals the gold. I try to reload a recent save, it says it again when I try to sell them.
