Steps to Reproduce

1. Plug a steering wheel into your PC
2. Launch the game
3. Play your save
4. Get in the car
5. Attempt to steer

Explanation

The steering wheel controls do not work at least for my Logitech g920 wheel even after rebinding controls when I turn the wheel nothing happens to be clear everything else works just not the steering
