Steps to Reproduce

1. Played around December 2025 with a 6 car train with IFA towing it
2. Updated the game
3. Entered the old save
4. Accessories are floating

Explanation

the car accesories on IFA are floating in front of it and when i detach them they stay in my hands without being able to drop them. Re-entering the save helps but if i save&quit it dupes the accessory (but now you can drop it) and the same one remains floating "attached"
