1. I have reloaded from the save file
2. I get the same issue

Explanation

I am getting a "Transaction failed" error depositing money and gold bars into the ATM. I just noticed today but I am not sure how long it has been happening. I am not sure one would commit fraud inside the game but I am pretty sure I have done no such thing. I just collect and stock pile sometimes because depositing is kind of tedious at times.
