Escada Towing Issue: Back Wheels Locking Up Despite Handbrake Being Disengaged

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use any car (I'm using the Kage)
2. Engage the tow on the Escada
3. Make sure the handbrake is disengaged
4. Drive and observe the wheels

Explanation

when towing the Escada the back wheels lock up like the handbrake is engaged when it is not engaged, i tried taking wheels off and back on changed nothing i spam engage and disengage and doesnt work. i tried the front wheels and when handbrake engaged the wheels kept spinning (tried this incase of front wheel drive mechanics or somthing). every other vehicle has been fine only the Escada seems to do this
