Garage item deletion bug: 'Ghost' items persist in the game world

Steps to Reproduce

1. Check the Item number to save
2. Use the locker to delte some items or complete and order
3. Check the item number again.

Explanation

The Garage is filled with "Ghost" items.
Right now my garage has around 1700 items to save and to load. This also makes the Garage laggy and hard to play.
I should have around the half of that. I checked under the garage with the NVG, and there's only around 10 parts there.
The problem seems to be, that if I use the "Delete" option in the locker, or complete an order for the computer, the item dissapers for my character, but the game does not deletes it from the world.
How I found out this problem: I loaded in the garage, I saved, I had 1698 items to save.
Went to the game, Sent 5 items in the locker, Loaded the Garage, Took out the items, Saved, I had 1703 items to save.
I used the dumpster outside for 2 items, deleted 1 item vie the locker, and completed 2 orders. Saved and I had 1701 items.
