Explanation

Dear Drive Beyond Horizons Support Team,

I am contacting you because I have experienced a serious issue with my game progress.

When I logged into the game, I discovered that everything had been completely reset. All of my cars, money, garage, and other progress are gone. Before this happened, I had approximately $26,000 in-game currency and around 65 hours of gameplay invested in my account.

I am extremely disappointed because all of that progress appears to have been lost without any warning. I would really appreciate it if you could look into my account and let me know whether my previous progress can be restored.

Could you please check what happened and, if possible, recover my cars, money, garage, and overall game progress? I would really hate for approximately 65 hours of gameplay to have been lost for nothing.

Please let me know if you need any additional information from me, such as my player ID, account details, screenshots, or anything else that could help you investigate the issue.
