'B' Key Exit Car Function Malfunctioning and Night Visibility Issue

Steps to Reproduce

1. Check if the 'B' key is your enter exit key.
2. If it isn't, set it.
3. Play around with it.
4. It's even better to do it at night.
5. You can reset to your car.

Explanation

"B" no longer exits car. if you press "B" when you arent in a car/walked away from your car, it resets you at your car and makes the seatbelt sound. also, i decided to play after not playing since july/august(new car update) game is unplayable while it is night out, you cant see a d*** thing even with highbeams on.
