Car Configurator Requires Host Presence to Function

Steps to Reproduce

1. Client cannot change any settings of vehicles using the car configurator
2. Host also needs to have the menu open at the same time
3. Otherwise, no changes will be made

Explanation

Car configurator doesn't work for client, unless Host is also using the Car configurator menu
