Unable to Remove Attached Objects from Car Body

Steps to Reproduce

Attach objects not to the car body.
Re-enter from the garage while holding the object.
Observe if the object can be ditched.
Notice the object's position change on the car body.

I've been playing this save game practically since the game's release, but now I can't remove the objects that were attached to the car body (they're still hanging). I've tried many methods, but nothing worked. One of the methods resulted in a dupe. XD. If I try to remove them, a menu pops up that can only be removed by restarting the game because other keys don't respond. Sometimes the objects become phantom, not like in the video.
