Steps to Reproduce

1. Consider sending the save file to help reproduce the issue.
2. Optionally, send a full video showing the process of loading the world.
3. Ensure the video focuses on the problematic area (the grate).

Explanation

So before I logged off (pre garage update), I put a grate item on my car, when i joined in today (post garage update), I see the item floating and when I go to move it either back to my car or get rid of it the 'untie' button does nothing. I thought maybe reloging would help and now (video) it just kind of keeps its momentum even when I stop moving.
