I've had these issues apparently since acquiring the game during the Steam Winter sale.
I cannot provide details as how to reproduce.

I don't have access to Unions, Deep Dives, Weekly Assignments/Core hunts, or seasonal events

Only additional detail that may/may not affect this process is that there is a GeoFence on my network (certain regional traffic is denied on my network). To my knowledge, if this information comes directly come Ghost Ship Games, Denmark should not be flagged against this Geofence
