Push to Talk Feature Not Working on Steam Version

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable push to talk
2. Press and hold the key that toggles push to talk
3. Speak, nothing is picked up
4. Same happens if you press without holding
5. I've tried everything. Nothing works with push to talk

Explanation

The push to talk feature on Steam version does not work and instead causes the game to not be able to use the active microphone at all
