Steps to Reproduce

1. Encounter Korlok Tyrant-Weed (I did it on Hazard 3)
2. Take about half of health from the first health bar
3. Take out 2 sprouts
4. Call in the resupply pod on the core
5. Take out the 3rd sprout right as the resupply pod descends on the core

Explanation

(Visual) When you take more than one bar of health from Korlok Tyrant-Weed in one hit, the health bar kinda breaks, leaving the original missing part of the first bar.
