Steps to Reproduce

1. Climb on the side of the Mine Head for collecting Aquarqs on a grey part
2. It happens sometimes (often enough that it happened multiple times since a week of playing)

Explanation

Stuck on the grey part of the Mine Head when trying to climb on it, in the collecting Aquarqs mission.
