Missing Weapon Skin and Incorrect Mission Reward in Season 4

Steps to Reproduce

1. I'd get on DRG daily to complete the script missions
2. but before I could obtain the final skin from the cosmetic tree
3. the game stopped giving me script missions
4. I don't know how it happened
5. I did not do anything irregular
6. If someone could message me with a solution I'd greatly appreciate it, thank you.

Explanation

On season 4 I'm missing just one weapon skin (Infected Wave Cooker) from the cosmetic tree and for some reason the game refuses to give me the rockpox mission that gives one script. Instead it gives me xp even though the cosmetic tree is incomplete. I've already obtained all the script from the event bonus and I've tried rerolling the daily missions multiple times to try and get a script version of the mission but it only gives me the xp version. I'm not sure what to do.
