Jet Boots Malfunction Causing Instant Death by Fall Damage

Steps to Reproduce

1. Join an Escort Duty mission on a seed that has jet boots
2. Equip jet boots
3. Be successfully trapped by an Ommoran Crystal Trap during the heartstone battle
4. Try to use jet boots

Explanation

Jet Boots can malfunction in a way that completely makes them unusable and also repeatedly instakills the player with fall damage. When attempting to fly, the player will appear to ascend a few meters before suddenly teleporting to the ground and taking fall damage, which can be enough to kill. The bug begins to appear after being targeted by the new season 5 Ommoran Heartstone phase in Escort Duty, and persists until the end of the mission. I experienced it as client.

In the attached video, I cautiously tap the jet boots in an attempt to avoid taking too much fall damage. However, some fall damage is taken, and the buggy teleportation to the ground is visible.

Appears to be same as issues #103 and #58.
