Steps to Reproduce

1. Called the hacking pod.
2. Called the supply pod.
3. Called the supply pod.
4. Called the hacking pod.
5. Only the latter drops.

Explanation

Data Vault mission - calling a supply drop while the hacking pod is en route causes the hacking pod to never arrive.
