Steps to Reproduce

1. the DRAK-25 Diesel Driven skin has minor clipping issues with the forward hand
2. the Hurricane Diesel Driven skin does not properly animate the rockets in the ammo rack
3. the Hurricane gunsling animation cannot be canceled by firing the weapon
