Plasma Burster Missile instantly kills Flying Rocks in multiplayer, but not in solo

Steps to Reproduce

1. Join a multiplayer Escort mission
2. During the Phase 2 Ommoran Heartstone fight, shoot at Flying Rocks with Plasma Burster Missiles (build used was 11212)
3. Flying Rocks die immediately when hit by a missile

Explanation

A Plasma Burster Missile will instantly kill a Flying Rock when shot by a client. This bug did not happen when I tested in solo (either in mission or in sandbox using the Sandbox Utilities mod to spawn ED_FlyingSmartRock), but works consistently as a multiplayer client. I have not tested as host.
