1. The bug occurred early in the mission.
2. The bug happened before the speaker joined.
3. The cause of the bug is unknown and it happened randomly.

Explanation

the new event bone collector is bugged out, he don't go back to his cave but instead dig under itself and reappear somewhere else every time its shot
