Steps to Reproduce

1. Interacted with notice board
2. Clicked on yes
3. Accepted the Discord invite
4. Returned to game
5. Picked a guild
6. Saw community and guild progress
7. Completed a mission
8. Interacted with notice board again
9. Told to join server
10. Clicked on yes
11. Was already apart of the server
12. Returned to game
13. Fixed nothing
14. Left the Discord server
15. Interacted with notice board
16. Clicked yes
17. Accepted Discord invite (again)
18. Problem solved
19. Completed another mission
20. Notice board broke again
21. Recurring cycle

Explanation

Interacting with the 'Join the Union' notice board, I joined the Discord server, picked a guild and saw the progress for all guilds. After completing a mission, the notice board returns to default, asking me to join the Discord server again. Following this procedure does nothing. To resolve the issue, I have to leave the Discord server, and rejoin it to see the progress. I do not have to pick a guild again though. But to see the progress after completing every mission, I am required to leave the Discord server, and rejoin it again.
