Steps to Reproduce

1. Choose scout
2. Go to Primary weapon
3. Click at DRAK-25 PLASMA GUN
4. Click at Skin menu
5. Choose "Diesel Driven" skin

Explanation

Scout's DRAK-25 PLASMA GUN skin called "Diesel driven" clips through both of scout's hands.
