Steps to Reproduce

1. launch resinite mass off the planet
2. cause it to run directly into a core stone event

Explanation

during the new heavy extraction mission, when launching the resinite off the planet, if it runs into a core stone event then the core stone event bugs out and becomes uncompletable because the core stone doesn't regenerate the stone around it after clearing phase one of the event so it cannot continue
