Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Equipment Terminal after acquiring the Blood Moon color pallette
2. Inspect any weapon
3. Open colors list
4. Blood Moon is not listed, and cannot be equipped on weapons
5. If Blood Moon is equipped on a weapon, removing it does not add it back to the list, and makes it impossible to equip it on said weapon

Explanation

The Blood Moon color for weapons is not listed under available colors once acquired, and cannot be equipped once removed from weapons it is applied to.
