Matrix Core Infuser Bug: Only One Slot Opens During Events

Steps to Reproduce

1. Simply doing a Matrix Core event during a mission
2. Having a chance of the bug happening

Explanation

It has happened twice now, but after doing events such as the OMEN Tower, Kursite, etc., the Matrix Core Infuser will only pop out one slot, while the other three stay closed, even in a mission with four players. Going up and trying to interact with the Core Infuser does nothing. One player can seemingly use the Infuser, but I an unable to. I have Blank Cores in my inventory.
