Steps to Reproduce

1. Load into the game
2. Finish a mission
3. Verify that the issue happens without any mod downloaded

Explanation

Not being counted as a union member, even joined discord server years ago and already linked steam account to discord. Sometimes I can join union again via screen in-game, have some rounds of beer, but it always reset when I load the game again.
