Steps to Reproduce

1. this has been happening to me since i started playing
2. (start of season 4)

Explanation

The plasma particle on the EPC seems to stretch all the way back to the drop pod spawn without fail. this results in a flashbang/strobe effect that blinds the player and makes them unable to see. this continues to happen even with d x12 off and launching through d x11
