Regression of:	#54 Insufficient Scrip to Unlock Full Cosmetic Tree at Performance Pass Lvl 100 This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Closed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Unlock all season event bonuses
2. Unlock all 99 season awards
3. Spend all earned scrip in the "Cosmetic Tree" screen
4. BUG: There are still 3 locked items in the "Cosmetic Tree" screen, & I have no more opportunities to earn scrip to unlock them.
