Explanation

Unable to use Grenades, Pickaxe, Pickaxe Charged Attack, or Laser Pointer. Unclear what caused the bug, only that it happened early on in the mission, possibly after being grabbed by a pit jaw. On-site Refining "Solid Reserve" Ossuary Depths - Haz 4 + Pit Jaw Colony + Secret Secondary. No other party members reported experiencing the same bug, and the issue persisted through the entirety of the mission, including through death.
