Steps to Reproduce

1. Play a mission with the Blood Sugar anomaly as Gunner
2. Sit on a zipline and let your health drain
3. You will eventually fall off of the zipline

Explanation

Blood Sugar health drain can knock players off of Ziplines. Since this source of damage is unavoidable (you are not getting hit by an attack, your health is draining on it's own.) it feels like it is unintentional that you fall off of the Zipline because of it.
