Steps to Reproduce

1. Not sure if it's really reproducible, it started after I downloaded some mods
2. I have no mods installed anymore
3. Ran the game on safe mode but it persisted

Explanation

My camera starts flying all over the place, which stops if I manage to start mining the ground. Sometimes I will see the models for my arms start jittering and/or flying away from me, at which point I cant shoot anything or use any tools until they return
