Missing Lead Storm Overclock in Forge History

Steps to Reproduce

1. Forge the lead storm overclock at the forge.
2. Check if it is the reward for doing the six overclocks.
3. Verify that the last one forged was stuffed shells for the scout.
4. Investigate why the lead storm overclock is not found.

Explanation

I forged an over clock. It was lead storm for the mini gun. It's not in my weapons overclock slot selection and I can't see it in forge history. I've tried restoring save, verifying the files and all that. It's not there.
