Steps to Reproduce

1. Kill a frozen Core Spawn Crawler
2. notice how it still leaves behind a toxic puddle when it dies

Explanation

Core Spawn Crawlers leave toxic puddles on death even when they are killed while frozen. This is inconsistent with the way other enemies with an on-death effect behave upon a frozen death.
