Missing Event Progress Indicators in In-Progress Games

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start event in-game, at least Omen or BET-C
2. Another player joins while event is ongoing
3. The joining player will have no health bar visible for the event so can't tell remaining health for parts at all.

Explanation

When joining in-progress games during an event, the progress/Time remaining/health of the event is missing from the UI.
This makes it impossible to gauge progress and especially when joining games where the team are down/struggling makes it very difficult to decide on whether to try to complete it, help the team or avoid it entirely.
This has been an issue i've seen for years and at present from recent games at least affects Omen and BET-C.
I would figure this is known by now but I haven't seen it on this site and having joined an ongoing group all down to a BET-C i ended up struggling to help and plan to take it down myself as I didnt know its remaining health, so I've signed up explicitly to record this
