Achievement Not Unlocked for 'Roller Coaster' Despite Multiple Attempts

Steps to Reproduce

1. make a pipe that's long enough to grind for over 2 minutes
2. grind it
3. don't get the acheivement

Explanation

Windows/Steam version is unable to give "roller coaster" achievement for many users.
I have made multiple attempts over the course of 3 years, always with the most up-to-date version of the game.

Things attempted per reddit suggestions:
-made a pipe that's long enough to ride for almost 3 minutes
-connected both ends to the pump jack and pump station respectively
-ended by jumping off
-ended by getting ejected on either end after hitting the end
-disabling non-verified mods
-disabling all mods
-trying in both offline & online mode
-trying solo and with a group
-restarting steam
-beginning the grind, pausing for 130 seconds, then unpausing and jumping off
-using the driller to clear anything vaguely near the pipe
-abandoning run after grinding
-finishing the mission after grinding
-tried on 3 separate PCs, one of which ran windows 10, the other two windows 11

Some people report no issue, many have to jump through some of the above hoops, and many simply can't get the achievement.
