Explanation

I just did a Tritilyte machine event solo where out of the 5 exploding barrels I threw at the deposit, the 3rd and 4th ones did not show the explosion animation and did not show the health bar decreasing. There was no difference in my position or throwing wind up in my first 2 throws (and my 5th) so I was confused. I almost quit the event but decided to throw a 5th barrel and the deposit exploded, even while the deposit health bar was still more than halfway full, concluding the event as successful.
