Steps to Reproduce

1. Took some damage from something
2. Started to take the damage constantly even after running away
3. In a panic, paused then closed the game
4. Reopened the game to find the ability to go back into the run
5. Was on sharpshooter, so had the M1000 at the start
6. Now have two M1000s, and all other stuff is gone
7. Getting two instances of the announcer at once only at the start
8. Can't pause unless at the point to choose things when leveling up
9. Post-run, got two items: a lucky pipe wrench and a hammer
10. Can sell the items infinitely only for money, not other resources
11. Have more clips of the other stuff happening

Explanation

Hi, so the new dlc came out for DRGS with the endless mode so i decided to try it. Only to find that i randomly start taking a lot of damage from nothing then i restart the game before i died and odd stuff started to happen. (I am on xbox btw)
