Steps to Reproduce

1. Order 'Malt Rockbearer' from the Abyss Bar
2. Drink it
3. Throw yourself into the barrel hoop before the effect wears off

Explanation

Drinking 'Malt Rockbearer' and then throwing yourself into the barrel hoop makes you permanently giant and trapped in the infirmirary.

You can noclip out of the room, but will be unable to order another drink or enter the mission pod.
