Steps to Reproduce

1. Die above the greater core store
2. Fall into the rift at the bottom
3. Cannot be reached by other players to be revived

Explanation

Player can get stuck in the rift of the greater core stone. It happened on a haz 5 mission, when a cave leech grabbed a player. When killed, it dropped the player into the bottom of the greater core stone. They were inaccessible to be revived, before and after finishing the objective. It was like they were swallowed by a clam.
