Hello,
I wasn’t really sure where to contact you regarding my issue… I couldn’t find the game’s support service, and someone directed me here instead. Also, I apologize in advance for my English.
I’m reaching out to ask for your help. I’ve been playing DRG since its PlayStation release, and as a huge fan of the game, I’ve spent an incredible amount of time on it — more than 3,000 hours in total. It’s one of my two favorite games alongside Helldivers 2.
A few months ago, my PSN account got hacked. I lost a lot of data and progress, so I had to create a new account. After that, I contacted the Helldivers 2 support team to see if it would be possible to recover my progression, and exceptionally, they agreed to transfer my data from one account to the other.
Today, I would really like to return to DRG, but losing all my original progression after investing so much time feels very discouraging. I tried transferring my save data using a USB drive, but unfortunately it didn’t work.
Just like with Helldivers 2, I wanted to ask if there is any way you could help me recover my progression. These are the only two games for which I would ever ask something like this, because I’m genuinely a huge fan of both.
I truly hope there is something that can be done. To summarize, I would need my progression transferred from one PSN account to another.
In any case, thank you for your daily work on the amazing universe that is DRG.
