Explanation
Camera spins really really fast in the air which has a really disorienting noise and could trigger epilepsy

On PlayStation 5 if that helps. My first thought was controller inputs not registering correctly but all movement was working and camera could move but would instantly s*** back up.
It happened to me a few moments ago on PC. I don't have video of it, but I was in the middle of a drinking animation when I accessed a terminal. When I left the terminal, the same looky-uppy spinny soft-lock happened to me.
I've seen at least one other person mention this same bug. I though I just had a one-off instance, but I'm starting to think this is a prevalent issue.
