Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip Devastator Blaster Pistol
2. Upgrade with 2X magazine size
3. Upgrade with Fusion Power Rod
4. Maximum ammo is reduced, rather than increasing proportionally with magazine size upgrades.

Explanation

Upgrading magazine size on the Devastator Pistol when you have Fusion Power Rod no longer increases your ammo cap.
