Hazard 5 and Beyond Missions Unlocked Without Completing Assignments in Deep Rock Galactic

Steps to Reproduce

1. Started fresh save
2. completed industrial sabotage and other misc assignments
3. later found h5 and h5+ joinable without completion of requisite assignments

Explanation

Hazard 5 and beyond lethal are both unlocked to join without completion of requisite assignments. Said missions were previously locked and greyed out. Started a reset/fresh save from the save menu during season 4. Came back to the save recently, H5 and up missions were locked. Completed the industrial sabotage assignment. At some point thereafter, found that h5 and beyond missions are no longer greyed out and are joinable. Still can't host said missions, and going lethal and beyond lethal assignments haven't been started nor completed.
