Explanation

This is very low priority, and I'm not even sure if "bug" is the word I'd use to describe it, but I do think this is a mistake. Spotter's "Rockburst" paintjob has his part of his cloak that flows down his back turn black. I assume these pieces are different models so that it can have physics, so it's quite jarring to see it just randomly become black. It also makes the clipping more obvious.
