Explanation

Perk points are locked at 273 after buying all the perks, I have completed all the perk missions and have noticed for a while that my points don't increase, after completing the new core stone warning i noticed it again, it's not a huge issue but it's extremely annoying because i have grinded those missions. steam version if it means anything
